We will spend time with Maori healers, and experience art and cultural activities. There will be plenty of time in New Zealand’s beautiful nature to restore our minds, bodies and spirits. Swim with dolphins, enjoy a geothermal hot springs and spa, and choose whether to kayak, hike, beach, or relax! Flo will lead sessions in yoga and exercise. We’ll even visit the Hobbiton movie set!
