Additionally, you can complete a survey for CREST within the same timeframe. Read on for details and survey link.
The Center for Responsible Travel (CREST) is asking U.S. tour operators, organizations, transporters, and other service providers who operate travel exchanges to Cuba to complete this 5- to 10- minute questionnaire. Our goal is to measure the impacts of the April 17, 2019 Trump Administration’s announcements, including the implementation of Title III, restrictions on remittances, and curtailing non-family travel to Cuba. In particular, we would like to learn if your Cuba bookings have increased in the short-term – given that travelers may be anticipating impending travel license changes – and hear your insights on the future of U.S. travel to Cuba.
We appreciate you completing this questionnaire by May 22, 2019. We will tabulate the results and use them in our advocacy work to educate the public and policymakers about the impact of U.S. policies on travel to Cuba.
We ask that you complete the survey as candidly as possible. We will not publish the name of your company or organization in citing specific data. We will focus on aggregate data and trends, and no company’s or organization’s data will be shared individually by name. We would, however, appreciate any statement you might want to include that we can attribute to you. (See final question.)
Please answer as completely as possible and submit only one finalized questionnaire per organization. You may leave blank any question that does not apply to your organization. Thank you for your assistance.
