Molly ShaneCommunity Impact Coordinator
Molly Shane is a dedicated environmental professional with a proven background in community outreach, education, and event planning. She is passionate about using travel and tourism to support environmental conservation and community-led development. She has experience working with numerous non-profits on wildlife conservation, marine resource management, and environmental education. Molly has traveled extensively throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Africa and has witnessed first-hand the transformative power of responsible tourism. Through her work, she strives to promote travel as a way to cultivate empathy, understanding, and connection and create positive social and environmental impacts in communities around the world.
Molly will graduate in May 2018 with a Master’s in the International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology/Anthropology and African Studies from Middlebury College in Vermont.
