Cuba | Photo Trip to Santiago, Baracoa, and Points East
This “people-to-people” trip offers a unique opportunity to interact with local artists, photographers, and musicians on the eastern side of the island. We will explore the Sierra Maestra mountain range, stay in local homes in Santiago, and vist the beautiful El Cobre Church with the Virgin de la Caridad (Patron Saint of Cuba) Sanctuary, which has been visited by three popes. We will explore the photo-rich city of Baracoa, the oldest Spanish settlement in Cuba.
As usual, the photo opportunities will be rich and unexpected. We welcome amateur photographers, pros, semi-pros, and snapshooters who are looking for more. And of course, you are welcome if you’re not a photographer at all.
